Because our products are fresh, perishable food items with no preservatives, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of fresh juice.

1. Cancellation Before Preparation: If you cancel your order before we have started preparing your juice, you will receive a full refund (if prepaid) or no charge will apply. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 78228 56741 to cancel.

2. Cancellation After Preparation: Once your juice has been cold pressed and prepared, cancellation is not possible as the product is perishable and cannot be resold or reused.

3. Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, has an off taste/smell, or is otherwise not up to our quality standards, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo/description. We will either: (a) Replace the product at no charge, or (b) Issue a full refund for the affected item.

4. Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, or is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will either redeliver or issue a full refund.

5. Allergen Disclaimer: Our juices contain natural fruit and vegetable ingredients. If you have known allergies to any of our listed ingredients, do not order that product. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to clearly listed ingredients.

6. Non-Refundable Situations: (a) Change of mind after preparation has begun. (b) Failure to consume within recommended timeframe (24 hours). (c) Improper storage (not refrigerated). (d) Allergic reactions to clearly listed ingredients.

7. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders will be refunded via UPI transfer.

iBites Organic Juices is committed to delivering the freshest cold pressed juice possible. Our delivery model is designed around freshness, not convenience — your juice is pressed fresh after you order and delivered the same day.

1. Delivery Timeframe: We deliver within 24 minutes of preparation. Actual delivery time depends on your location and order volume. We will communicate the expected delivery time via WhatsApp when confirming your order.

3. Delivery Charges: Orders above ₹99: Free delivery. Orders ₹51-₹99: ₹10 delivery charge. Orders below ₹51: ₹20 delivery charge. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Minimum: There is no minimum order requirement. You can order a single shot (₹25).

5. Delivery Responsibility: Once the product is delivered and received by you (or someone at your delivery address), responsibility for the product transfers to you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

6. Storage Instructions: Consume immediately for best taste and nutrition. If not consuming immediately, refrigerate at 4°C or below and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.
